We are always happy to answer your questions, provide updates on orders, and handle special requests. Occasionally clay and glazes can do unpredictable things beyond our control- if that should happen, we will keep you informed of any unexpected delays and do our best to make it right.


We always want our customers to feel satisfied with the items and the service they receive. It is our goal that you are so thrilled with the pieces you receive that you want to tell friends and family about us too! All purchases will need to be paid in full (including shipping) before I can send the item in the mail. 

Customized orders will also need to be paid in full (including shipping) before I begin creating the specialized piece. Once we have discussed and finalized the details of the customized order, I will create a special listing for your order with your name. From there you may complete the payment portion of your order. Custom order details can not be altered after payment has been processed. 

Cancellation Policy:

Non-custom orders can be cancelled (with full refund) up until the item has been shipped. 

Custom orders can be cancelled (with full refund) up until notification that I have started creating your custom item.
