Service Description

 Due to moving off island, all local pick up orders must be picked up no later than May 25, 2023. Please pick up your work between 9am-7pm on the day you scheduled pick-up. Your order will be wrapped and bagged with your name on the side. Upon arrival to the studio, you can pick up your work from the outdoor cabinet in front of the studio. When scheduling a time for pick-up, please understand that bookings can NOT be scheduled online for less than 24 hours in advance. Please contact me directly via text, email, or the CONTACT page, with your ORDER# and your name as it appears on your order. If the booking confirmation email lists a price for the visit, please disregard. That is an error- there are not fees for Order Pick Up.

Cancellation Policy

ORDER/POTTERY PICKUP: To cancel or reschedule contact Dixie at the following number or email. Or simply rebook online for a time that works better for you. CLASSES: To cancel please contact at least 48 hours in advance. Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may not be allowed to be rebooked or rescheduled for up to 90 days.
